Where we go deepest

Every provider says "secure." We help you prove it.

Being secure and being able to demonstrate you're secure are two different jobs. Most providers do the first badly and the second not at all. We do both.

There's a day that comes for most growing businesses: your insurer sends a questionnaire, your auditor asks for evidence, or your biggest customer's security team emails a spreadsheet. Suddenly 'we take security seriously' isn't enough, someone needs proof, in writing, and the scramble to produce it is where a lot of deals and renewals quietly stall.

We come at this from having been the customer under exactly that pressure. Security and compliance is the work most IT providers won't touch, which is precisely why we lean into it. Being secure protects you; being able to prove it protects the deal.

Where we help

Privacy-law readiness

Your obligations under South Africa's POPIA or Australia's Privacy Act mapped to your business, the technical controls implemented, and the gaps closed, in plain language rather than legalese.

Cyber-insurance renewals

The questionnaire answered accurately, and, more importantly, the controls behind each answer actually in place, so your cover holds when you need to claim on it.

Customer security questionnaires

When your biggest client sends the spreadsheet, we fill it in with real evidence, so a security review speeds your deal up instead of stalling it.

Audit preparation

Documented controls and evidence packs assembled before anyone asks, so an audit is a formality rather than a fire drill.

Secure, then provable

We start from the Baseline, which assesses your security posture alongside the rest of your technology and shows you, honestly, where you stand. From there we close the real gaps, not the ones that just look good on a checklist.

Then we make it provable: the controls documented, the evidence organised, the answers ready. When the questionnaire, the renewal or the audit arrives, you're not scrambling, you already have the answer.

And when a questionnaire lands or an auditor calls? You phone us, and a person handles it with you. No ticket queue between you and the deadline.

Who it's for

This matters most to businesses in South Africa or Australia for whom privacy law, cyber insurance or customer due-diligence has moved from 'later' to 'now'. If a deal, a renewal or an audit is waiting on your security answers, this is where we go deepest.

Frequently asked questions

Can you certify us as compliant?

Certification itself is issued by external assessors and accreditation bodies. What we do is make you genuinely ready and provide the evidence, so that when the assessor, auditor or insurer looks, everything stands up.

Which privacy laws apply to us?

In South Africa it's POPIA, the Protection of Personal Information Act. In Australia it's the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. If your business handles personal information about customers, staff or suppliers, and virtually every business does, one of them applies. We map your specific obligations and close the gaps.

Our insurer's cyber questionnaire is due. Can you help?

Yes. We answer the questionnaire accurately and make sure the controls behind each answer are actually implemented, which is what keeps your cover valid if you ever have to claim.

A big customer sent us a security questionnaire. What now?

Send it our way. We complete these with real evidence, which turns a security review from a deal-blocker into something you clear quickly and professionally.

Know where you stand, and prove it

Start with a Baseline. We'll assess your security posture, hand you a clear scored picture, and give you the plan to make it provable. And when the next questionnaire lands, you call us and a person handles it with you.
